Terms
Effective: November 5, 2026
The service
Mabaemi is a simulation about caring for a virtual crested gecko. It does not provide real animal diagnosis, treatment or professional husbandry advice.
Use and rights
The app and its content are provided for personal use. You may save and share game photos you take. Use that infringes others’ rights or unlawfully redistributes the app is not permitted. Open-source materials retain their own licenses.
Purchases and restores
The Keeper Package is a non-consumable, one-time purchase including a second terrarium, eight First Garden items and photo pro. Essential care needs no purchase. The App Store displays the price before purchase. Restore purchases in Settings or the Shop using the same Apple Account.
Refunds and access changes
Request refunds through Apple. A refund or removal of Family Sharing may end access to paid decor and photo pro. Already-adopted geckos, basic care in their terrariums and existing records remain.
Device storage
Records stay on your device and may be lost when the app is deleted. Moving to a new device requires restoring a device backup. Restoring purchases does not restore game records.
Changes and contact
We may update the app to fix errors or maintain the service. Material changes to these terms will be posted here. These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law. Contact studiojinwoo@gmail.com.
