No data collected by the app
Mabaemi sends no account details, contacts, location, device identifiers or usage history to the developer. It uses no advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs or server push.
Stored on your device
Gecko names, terrariums, care and growth records, photos, settings and purchase entitlements stay on your device. The developer cannot view them. Deleting the app removes its local records; photos already added to Photos remain.
Purchases
Apple processes purchases, transaction checks and restores. The developer does not receive card numbers or other payment details. Local transaction records are used to determine access.
Photos
Only when you choose to save a photo, the app requests add-only access to Photos. It never reads or imports your existing photos. You can keep photos in the notebook without granting Photos access.
Local notifications
The system permission request appears only after your choice on the first-session-end card. Notifications are scheduled on your device, at most once a day. No push token is sent to a server and there are no commercial notifications. You can turn them off in the app or iOS Settings.
Children
The app does not automatically collect personal information from any user, including children. Purchases follow Apple purchase approval and parental settings.
Email support
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply and resolve your request. We delete them one year after the final reply using a method intended to prevent recovery. You do not need to send sensitive information. This voluntary correspondence is separate from automatic app collection.
Your rights and safeguards
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your support correspondence at the contact address. If a legal retention requirement applies, we explain its reason and duration. Access is limited to the person handling support and protected by account access controls. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Email service providers also apply their own processing policies.
Backups and this website
Device backups follow Apple features and settings; the app has no cloud-save service. This website has no cookies, tracking code or external scripts. GitHub Pages may process technical access logs, such as IP addresses, to operate its hosting service.
